Did you ever shop online?

Are you not sure whether shopping online is the better choice?

Do you need help for your first online transaction?

A Master of Business student from the Institute of Technology Tralee is looking for your opinions and experiences!

What is this all about?

To date, there is little academic research done on online shopping in Ireland. A master’s student, Nadja Teege from the Institute of Technology Tralee, is looking for people to become part of a survey panel and answer a questionnaire on this area.

It does not matter whether you ever shopped online or not.

I aim to find gaps in the Irish online retail market and to contribute to a much needed development in this field.

A recent report presented by EU Consumer Commissioner Meglena Kuneva showed that online shopping is increasingly popular in the EU.  In the UK, 57% of individuals ordered goods or services over the Internet, while in Ireland, only 36% purchased on line and only 20% purchased goods or services from an Irish online retailer.

What is in for you?

Your opinion as a consumer is very much needed to improve the Irish online retail environment. Learn more about the research objective here>>

Secondly, you can take part in a raffle to win a gift certificate worth €25 issued by Amazon after you filled the form.
